While issuing any type of hunting license to a foreign citizen, a
condition may be imposed by allowing him/her to go for hunting only
with the professional hunting license holder (licensee).
Provided that,
If the license issuing officer has realized that any foreign citizen
has the ability for hunting without the assistance of a professional hunter
and he/she has been generally acquainted with the Act and the Rules that
has been framed under the Act, an exemption may be provided to go for
hunting even without the company of professional hunter.
